Note 1: The Phoenix Kayak Club Registration Form has to be completed by all members of Phoenix Kayak Club. This includes anybody who has completed the old registration form this year. This is a pre-requisite and anybody who does not complete the form will not be allowed on the water.
Note 2:The Course Registration Form should be completed by all people starting a course with Phoenix Kayak Club prior to arrival on the first night of the course.
